Temporarily unavailable for Sleipnir Mobile 1.0 and new version 1.2 coming soon for iPhone and iPad

Fenrir Inc. has applied for Sleipnir Mobile 1.2 including new features for iPhone and iPad in App Store and you can download new one soon.

In fact, version 1.1 including iPad were ready and approved for App store when version 1.0 has released, but we received  many responses for 1.0 and decided to put off  1.1 and developed more as 1.2.
In App Store scheme we must close the current version, 1.0 first while 1.2 is in the process of App Store.

Sorry for the inconvenience for temporarily unable to download.
We announce again that Sleipnir Mobile 1.2 has already been filed in App Store.
We are also sure that you can enjoy new features.

Vulnerability regarding "Allow paste operations via script"

Sleipnir with default settings has vulnerability that content on your clipboard might be sniffed or altered by websites.  We updated Sleipnir at 3pm today in Japan time, so please make sure to overwrite your Sleipnir or set its settings as follows.

If you are using IE6:
1. Choose "Tools -> Internet Option"
2. Choose "Security" tab and click "Custom Level"
3. Go to "script" and set "Allow paste operations via script" "Disable" or "Prompt"
* You need to change only "Internet Option", not "Sleipir Option."

If you are using IE7:
"Allow paste operations via script" in the "Internet Option" is set "Prompt" by default.

Go to "Sleipbir Option -> View -> Trident Primary -> Detail setting" and check the box of "Enable Script Past Url Action If Prompt."

Sleipnir 2.9.5 now supports Internet Explorer 9 β.

There are some bug reports of Internet Explorer 9 that does not show Gmail and images correctly since it is β version.

They would be fixed by the time when IE9 stable releases but please understand that IE9 is β version when you use Sleipnir with.

We also fixed vulnerability of reading Windows DLL file. Please update your Sleipnir if you use its version 2.9.4 or older.

Sleipnir 2.9.4 has newly designed tab in Windows Vista/7 and uses less CPU when Aero Peek is enabled. We also fixed bugs reported by users.

There are many inquiries regarding that YouTube will stop supporting Internet Explorer 6 so we added a feature to show IE upgrade information in Windows XP when using IE6.

It may not be necessary for users using IE6 because of their jobs but the information will be shown once on each site.
